Does the season pinnacle here and head down the other side? Is that just marketing? Did it pinnacle at The Classics? Whatever, it’s time for La Grand Boucle and it may be fair to say from a GT perspective, that the Giro Rosa is a pinnacle of sorts in actually supporting a multi day tour for the women. We can but hope for La Grand Boucle Feminin to be reinstated in the not too distant future.
Having just ridden the first stage of the TdF, it’s to be hoped that all the roadworks are finished. I doubt the TdF would want to take some of the deviations we had to take to avoid ongoing resurfacing. I have to think that the riders hate having to ride on new tarmac. The thought of having an accident on new tarmac and having tar embedded in road rash hardly bares thinking about.
Is the TdF more open this year? Can G repeat? Part of me says Bernal is a more likely winner but my heart wants G to win, so I’m going with the 1, 2 Ineos option. For me the rest of the top 5 are wide open, lets see how well we do!

We have spot prizes for the Tdf (small poster) and the Giro Rosa (bidons). So any lurkers out there is still worth joining in.
Best of luck to all riders, keep the rubber side down.
