Riding in the Lockdown

Currently we are allowed out once per day for exercise but I have decided to ration myself to once per week – ok maybe 2 if another day turns out to be stunning weather.  I have decided to plot routes via somewhere local with a scenic shot.  First up is this old bridge just outside Elstead.

It’s certainly scenic. We’ve been WFH for the last two weeks but so far things are still busy so I’ve been stuck on the trainer with the exception of a couple of weekend excursions. The wind is a killer out near the fens though.

I know we’ve evolved beyond the Rules but I suspect that leaning your bike against a bin would have been considered a massive faux pas

Aye, I’m sure Frank would get his special V shorts in a twist (you know, the ones that were ordered by so many but received by so few) about the bin, the crank position and the fact that the stem isn’t slammed. But Frank can go to hell.
